Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we have a service level agreement that stipulates the terms and conditions, the company’s responsibilities and the client’s responsibilities. Beyond that, all that is required is 72 hours’ notice to terminate the agreement.

Do you reference-check the caregivers?

Yes we do. Each caregiver undergoes a rigorous selection process, which includes a thorough skills assessment. References are then obtained to ascertain the caregiver’s past performance and suitability for the profession. The process includes police clearance.

Does the client have to provide meals for the caregiver?

Only in the case of 24/7 live-in is it required to provide meals. Otherwise, the caregivers bring their own food. It is, of course, appreciated if tea and coffee is provided

Does the client have to provide transport?

No, the caregivers will commute on their own.

We provide caregiving services in the greater West Coast area.
